Reiki is a Universal Lifeforce Energy that can offer deep relaxation, release energy blockages and balance the internal energetic system. This is a more subtle technique than massage, but can be equally beneficial to overall wellbeing.

Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is the placement of crystals on and around the body to assist the release of energetic and/or emotional blockages and to balance the internal energetic system. The session is deeply relaxing and is a safe place to release all that is no longer serving you.

Healing Massage

Enjoy deep relaxation and enhanced vitality with a customized therapeutic massage. After a brief consultation, we will create a personalized plan to address stress, muscle pain and tension in your body with extra focus to chronic holding patterns and/or specific problem areas.

Who am I?

My name is Jillene, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Healing Practitioner. I have been on my own healing journey from an early age and have gathered many tools and techniques along the way. I believe we have all suffered enough from the actual living of this experience and my goal is to offer methods that help you to heal your mind, body and spirit as you continue rising into the highest version of yourself.
